Terms of use

These terms apply to the Jutros app, this website and the business portal (together, “the service”). By using the service you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service. If this translation and the Bosnian version differ, the Bosnian version prevails.

1. What Jutros is

Jutros shows catalogs, deals, ads and giveaways from stores and businesses in Bosnia and Herzegovina in one place, along with announcements of planned power and water cuts. The service is free for shoppers.

2. Accuracy of prices and offers

Catalogs and prices are collected from stores’ public sources or published by the businesses themselves. We try to keep them accurate and up to date, but the price and offer in the store are always the ones that count. Jutros is not a seller and is not responsible for price changes, items running out, errors in store catalogs or product quality.

3. Outage announcements

We take power and water cut announcements from the utilities’ public notices. We do not guarantee that every announcement is complete or that a notification will arrive in time. For exact information, contact the utility.

4. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• The information you enter must be accurate, and you are responsible for keeping your password safe.
• You are responsible for everything done from your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app, under More → Settings → Delete account - see Delete your account.

5. Giveaways

Each giveaway is run by the business that posted it, unless stated otherwise. The organizer sets the rules, the prize and how winners are chosen, and these are listed in the giveaway description. We review giveaways before publishing them, but we are not responsible for the organizer’s obligations. One person may have one account; entries from fake or multiple accounts are void.

6. Rules of conduct

You may not:

• automatically scrape content from the app or interfere with how it works;
• create fake accounts or cheat in giveaways;
• publish illegal, misleading or someone else’s protected content.

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

7. Businesses and the business portal

Businesses that publish ads, catalogs or giveaways are responsible for the accuracy of their content, for complying with the laws on advertising and prize games, and for holding the rights to the images and trademarks they use. All content is reviewed before it goes live, and Jutros may reject or remove it without giving a reason.

8. Intellectual property

Store and brand names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to inform shoppers. Jutros is not affiliated with these stores unless explicitly stated. If you believe some content infringes your rights, contact us at info@jutros.ba and we will remove it.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Jutros is not liable for indirect damage arising from using the service or relying on the prices, offers and announcements shown.

10. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms; the new version applies from when it is published on this page. These terms are governed by the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
